I use Photoshop CS3 and whenever I resize my image down to 100x100 I get this little 1px line around the image that is slightly transparent. Needless to say I don't know what to do about it. Any help would be appreciated, a reference picture under the cut. ( Help me please! )

[18 Jul 2008|10:29pm] icon_tutorial [promisetheirony] I'm not sure if this is allowed here, but I want to ask: I'm using PS CS3 for quite a while & I recently just installed some new fonts. However when I try to use them, ALL OF MY FONTS at size 20 or so, appear very tiny [Note: They are NOT pixel fonts.]. The only thing I can do to make them visible is to increase the size to 800 & above. I'm wondering what I can do to solve this problem, because when I installed my fonts like I did in PS Elements, the fonts works perfectly well :/ Thanks in advance.
